In order to be eligible to present at our conference, we will need to receive your abstracts, limited to 250 words.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS: Abstracts are to be postmarked or e-mailed by January
1, 2008.
Acceptance announcements will be issued on January 15, 2008.
Please include contact information in the cover letter, if sending by regular mail.
Presenters are expected to register for the full conference and assume all costs related to travel, accommodations and
registration.
Poster presentation session will be on April 5, 2008. Set up time will be available prior to the session, author must be
present during the session, and exhibits must be removed upon completion of the poster presentation session.
Presenters must register for the full conference and are expected to assume costs related to travel, accommodations,
and registration.
